This is a great option for a private pickleball party, with an air-conditioned lounge, café access, and speaker connectivity. For regular games, though, the high price, paid parking, and slightly uneven court are noticeable drawbacks.

Would we book again?
Not for regular games. I would still consider it for a private pickleball party where one court is enough.
