- −Parking may run tight when all six courts are full; work is still ongoing outside, though a parking attendant can help
- −During a dry-run open play visit, some spots on the roof were still leaking
- −Some barrier gaps at the bottom are high enough that balls still roll through; with separated courts, retrieving stray balls often means asking nearby players or organizers
